Every order represents real relationships between our members and our farms, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are hiring a Member Care Representative who can deliver fast, accurate, and thoughtful support while helping improve the overall member experience. This is not a call center role. It is a member success and operations role focused on care, onboarding, and retention.
