About the Role

RINA is currently recruiting for a ME&I Legal Affairs Area Manager to join its office in Abu Dhabi within the International Legal Affairs Division.​
Mission
The Legal Affairs Manager is responsible for ensuring legal compliance and risks’ mitigations by providing expert legal guidance, drafting and negotiating robust contracts, and managing corporate governance activities efficiently and effectively in the Middle East and India (“Region”).
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with the corporate legal department at the Head Office to provide legal support and guidance.

Work with business units to identify and mitigate risks during proposal and contract review phases and provide support in case of active/passive claims and disputes also liaising with external lawyers if necessary.

Take care and foster cooperation among other functions and legal support in the Region.
