Physician Description: This position is responsible for developing occupational health programs that ensure a degree of health and wellness in the workers of the organization, through preventive programs, both for diseases and occupational hazards. It is also responsible for the Medical Service of the plant and Nursing, support in accident investigations and Ergonomics analysis as an integral part of the EHS Hussmann area. Main Responsibilities: 1.Provide medical care to employees and coordinate necessary services in case of any major incident. 2.Maintains records of employees to whom medical attention is provided and coordinates incident reports supporting in the investigation of the causes and verifying their correction. 3.Manages the incident database and personnel medical records. 4.Coordinates the Medical Service in the plant (Nursing Service). 5.Maintains constant communication and cooperation with department heads to prevent incidents and occupational illnesses. 6.Supports the o...
