Singapore. Job Responsibilities Operate and maintain flow cytometry instruments and related equipment. Prepare and process biological samples for flow cytometric analysis. Troubleshoot and optimize flow cytometry protocols and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and protocols. Collaborate with scientists to support flow cytometry needs. Evaluate sample acceptability based on established guidelines and process specimens for analysis in accordance with established written procedures. Accurately evaluate test results according to standardized protocols. Maintain quality control measures during testing to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Document corrective and preventative actions with good documentation practices. Maintain overview of reagent inventory.
