Medical Technician

Medication & Treatment: You will be responsible for all aspects of medication administration, including transcribing orders, ordering supplies, and documenting treatments.
Patient Assessment: Technicians assist with initial inmate assessments by monitoring vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure) and reporting clinical findings to higher-level medical staff.
Clinical Procedures: You will perform basic medical treatments such as wound care, dressing changes, and collecting laboratory specimens (blood, urine, feces).
Security & Safety: Essential duties include following strict safety and security protocols, supporting emergency response efforts (such as man down situations), and providing one-on-one active watch for patients at risk of self-harm.
