Our client is seeking a Medical Support Services Manager to lead and oversee all medical support functions, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and regulatory compliance across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all medical support service units, including Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, and other diagnostic and allied health services.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, optimal resource utilization, and high service standards across all support departments.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives aligned with hospital objectives.
  • Monitor departmental performance, KPIs, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
