Job Description

Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

Location: Ontario province – Greater Toronto Area preference

MSLs are responsible for engaging in non‑promotional, peer‑to‑peer communications and providing medical/scientific information to Scientific Leaders (SLs) and Key Decision Makers (KDMs). The incumbent must demonstrate strong ethics and a solid understanding of the industry environment, completing tasks in full compliance with Organon’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, industry standards, and all laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in non‑promotional, peer‑to‑peer exchange of medical and scientific information with SLs or KDMs within legal and regulatory limits.
• Gain deep insights into disease, therapeutic area, and healthcare needs, data gaps, and challenges in local geography.
