Medical Receptionist - Burjeel Hospital

Burjeel Hospital is looking for a smiling and active Medical Receptionist. You will be the very first person our patients meet when they walk into our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients kindly, take their Emirates ID, and open their new medical file on the computer.
• Answer phone calls quickly to book, change, or cancel doctor appointments for the callers.
• Help patients understand their insurance forms and collect cash or card payments safely.
• Keep the waiting area very quiet, clean, and comfortable for all the sick visitors.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working as a receptionist or customer service agent in a medical center.
• Skills: Must know how to use a computer easily and talk in a calm voice to worried people.
• Visa Status: Must be ready to start work the next day with a cancelled visa or clear NOC.
