This role is suited for a driven Genetics MLT with a passion for collaborative work in genetic diagnostics. You’ll be involved in handling innovative technologies and contributing to the evaluation of genetic conditions, supporting multidisciplinary efforts within the lab.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Molecular and Cytogenetics procedures as mandated
• Rotate through diverse laboratory testing roles
• Accurately report cytogenetic data according to standards
• Ensure results are complete and compliant
• Lead quality control and troubleshoot when needed
Requirements:
• Certified by CSMLS in both Cytogenetics and Molecular Genetics
• Member of CMLTO is mandatory
• Preferred experience in Medical Genetics setting
