A medical facility is seeking an Insurance Assistant to work part-time. Schedule is Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then again from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Job Duties:
Answer and return phone calls, as well as, monitor and respond to emails and secure messages Support new client intake coordination Add and track inquiries within our client log Follow up with prospective clients regarding scheduling and paperwork completion Collect and forward insurance information to billing Communicate cancellations and updates to clinicians/staff Monitor intake workflow daily to ensure follow-through and completion of next steps Maintain accurate documentation and communication records Participate in training, support, or team meetings Qualifications:
