Medical Device Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time Medical Device Sales Representative role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on‑site work and work‑from‑home flexibility. The role involves managing and growing sales of Biolitec’s medical laser and fiber technologies within assigned territories and accounts. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, visiting hospitals and clinics, and building strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, and operating room staff. The representative will provide product demonstrations, support case usage in the operating room, and deliver education on clinical applications and best practices. Day‑to‑day duties also include preparing sales proposals, managing the sales pipeline and CRM records, attending industry events or workshops, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback.
