Join BJC HealthCare's Central Staffing Office (CSO) as a Regional Float Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Assignment (LTA) and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the system. In this role, you'll support 11 BJC hospitals across Missouri and Illinois (excluding Children's Hospital) while building consistency through extended assignments at a single hospital location.

LTA nurses are placed at one hospital for a defined period, creating the opportunity to become familiar with the unit, team, and workflows while still gaining broader system experience. This role is ideal for experienced Med/Surg nurses seeking more stability than traditional float roles, without being tied long-term to one home unit.
