Your shift kicks off with a production huddle. A conveyor is trending hot, a hydraulic press shows erratic pressure, and a robot faulted on a proximity sensor. You prioritize work, consult schematics, and move—from 480Vac diagnostics to pipework repairs to a quick motor bearing swap—restoring flow and safeguarding quality. That’s a typical win on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3pm–11pm) or 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 11pm–7am) after training on 1st (Mon–Fri, 7am–3pm). You’ll start at $41.70/hour, plus $1.00/hour off-shift premium.
