Mechanical Day Technician The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Shift Technician to join a leading utilities and facilities operation on a large-scale, highly regulated industrial site. This role will suit a trade-qualified mechanical technician with strong experience in utilities systems and plant maintenance, ideally within pharma, process, or heavy industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on utility plant and equipment Monitor and operate systems across HVAC, steam, water, gas and associated utilities Troubleshoot equipment faults and perform root cause analysis Respond to alarms and escalate issues in line with site procedures Maintain high levels of plant uptime and reliability Complete all tasks through the CMMS system Conduct routine inspections, readings and field rounds Work closely with internal teams and external vendors Adhere to GMP, safety and permit-to-work systems Requirements Trade qu...
