About the job Mechanical Supervisor (Jurong Island) Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effectively.
- Service used equipments and components and ensure ready to use all time, ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
- Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors, prepare RCA and fallow up actions with Sr Engineers.
- Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.
