Contract Type: 12-month freelance / contract
Day Rate: £275 £290 per day
Project Value: £3m Mechanical Package
Reporting To: Visiting Project Director
Team Size: 2530 operatives (Plumbing, Ventilation, AC teams)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a £3m building services package on a large commercial project in Bristol City Centre.
