Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and reassemble production filling equipment, including fill valves, cylinders, hoppers, and supply hoses, using hand tools.
- Set up production lines for specific products by adjusting fill volume, setting cap height, date code, and rail width.
- Learn and develop troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, such as fillers, pumps, tanks, valves, cappers, and conveyors, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, bathroom fixtures, and air compressors...
