About the Role

We are looking for experienced, commercially aware Mechanical Estimators to join our Central Estimating team. We have roles nationwide, with hybrid working available, that will enable us to support our regional businesses in the pre-construction phase of projects.


Reporting directly to the Head of Estimating, or one of our Lead Estimators, your expertise will contribute to securing a high-quality workload that aligns with our company’s vision, purpose and values. 


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing drawings, specifications and other documentation to prepare estimates that are technically correct and with an acceptable risk level, from outline drawings and specifications 
  • Liaising with internal and external engineers, consultants and subcontractors to construct and formulate estimates and resolve issues
