About the Role

            Responsibilities  Develop M&E system designs (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, etc.). 
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations. 
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants. 
Conduct feasibility studies 
Manage the implementation of M&E systems during construction. 
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources. 
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams. 
Ensure materials and workmanship meet design specs and standards.and cost estimates. 
Supervise M&E works on-site to ensure proper installation. 
Perform inspections and testing of systems (e.g., electrical wiring, ventilation).
