Salary: From £40,000 to £55,000 (dependent on experience)

At Equisera, you will be part of a team building the next generation of carbon‑negative energy, tackling some of the hardest problems in the global energy transition.

Our breakthrough RiPR (Rising Pressure Reformer) technology converts wet biogenic feedstocks, including agricultural and food waste and even plastics, into high‑yield hydrogen and biomethane with minimal pre‑processing. Both outputs capture carbon dioxide and create biochar, creating a truly carbon‑negative fuel solution.
