About the Role
**Description**
The Mechanical Assembler operates and maintains production stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, and units in accordance with HVAC and chiller specifications. This role follows established manufacturing procedures to ensure precise assembly, consistent quality, and reliable system performance
**This hire will be required to travel to Montreal, Canada for approximately 4 weeks of training paid for by the company.**
**What You'll Do:**
+ Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
+ Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.
+ May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
+ Keeps daily assembly production records.
+ Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
