Your role as a Mechanic Lead:

  • Coordinate daily operations and lead team meetings, consistently motivating and engaging your team
  • Support HR-related processes including recruitment, performance reviews, managing sick leave, and vacation requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock management
  • Oversee quality control and ensure proper data handling and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and deliver training sessions
