MCT Operations Excellence Engineer/Snr Engineer

Role: Assembly & Test Operations Excellence Staff Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc. Responsibilities include defining and implementing operational excellence initiatives across AT network sites.

• Development of centralized platform/governance and roadmap for operational excellence (Labour, Machine, Metrics/Measurements, Methodology, Material/Work-in-Progress)
• Structuring and detailing the priorities of an operational excellence initiative
• Design and delivery of Lean Manufacturing/Operations Excellence trainings to improve the maturity of a Lean/Continuous improvement culture
• Identifying and introducing key methods for operational excellence, and tailoring this methodology to the specific functions/business partners
• Collaboration with Site Cross Functional Team & ensure the calibration of the site according to best practices (Best Known Methods)
