  • Knowledge of HIL test methodologies (LABCAR) and software release testing processes.
  • Proficiency in ECU-TEST test package creation.
  • Testing & Analysis: Aptitude for identifying requirement gaps, investigating test failures, and supporting bug triaging.
  • Communication: Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills; good experience in customer interactions.
  • Tools: Familiarity with diagnostic tools (UDS, OBD), requirement management (JAMA), and version control (GitHub).
