What Will You Do?

  •  Create and execute visual management of inventory levels in purchased parts markets
  • Communicate potential shortages to cycle counters and/or material coordinators
  • Ensure purchased part markets are conforming to the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) plan layout
  • Develop and maintain 5S standards for parts markets – assist with updating standard work, training to standard work, and auditing when appropriate
