Material Planner - Europe

About the Role

This position supports Bacardi’s Global Procurement and Supply Chain Strategy through end‑to‑end material planning. The role manages medium and long‑term requirements for material supply, drives material strategy, optimises working capital, and builds strong supplier relationships in collaboration with global and regional procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Material Availability & Plan Enablement
  • Responsible for mid‑ and long‑term planning of material availability in line with the Master Production Plan.
  • Support and manage innovations and projects from a material supply perspective.
  • Make data‑driven decisions to maximise material availability.
  • Own and follow up on planning issues arising from material supply, especially those affecting production.
  • Collaborate closely with supply centre material call‑of teams to ensure accurate and timely call‑offs versus requirements.
