**📦 Material Handler – 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs) | Fast‑Paced Metal Fabrication Environment**
Support a high‑performing welding and fabrication operation by picking, staging, and moving materials with accuracy and urgency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and takes pride in keeping production running smoothly.
**🔧 What You’ll Do**
+ **Pick and stage materials** from indoor and outdoor warehouse locations to support the welding department
+ **Retrieve sheet metal** and other materials based on production requirements
+ **Verify incoming and outgoing loads** including shippers, logs, and bills of lading
+ **Use ERP systems** (Epicor or similar) to analyze BOMs and methods for accurate staging
+ **Maintain inventory accuracy** using RF scanners and desktop computers
+ **Operate a sit‑down forklift** safely for most material movements
