About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are looking for an experienced **Master Planner** to join our **Supply Chain Business Development** team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply planning process. As a structured, proactive, and analytical professional, you will support S&OP execution, translate demand into actionable plans, and ensure reliable deliveries while optimizing capacity, materials, and inventory.

- Develop and maintain a feasible Master Schedule
- Lead the S&OP supply planning process with clear scenarios, risks, and recommendations.
- Assess customer proposals, evaluating capacity, material, and financial impacts.
- Model supply chain scenarios including load, capacity, and inventory implications.
- Identify risks and develop alternative or mitigation plans.
- Collaborate across Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Project teams.
