Mass Production Specialist (Open Call)

Since its founding in 2022, Monil has designed, produced, tested and delivered an award‑winning high‑tech product that fundamentally changes how farmers run their operations. We are now ready to scale production, massively reduce cost and go international in order to make this technology available to more people (and animals). At the same time, we want to keep production in Norway to ensure quality, retention of expertise and Norwegian jobs. Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic people who can help us with their knowledge and experience in any field that relates to automated mass production.

We believe the only way to manufacture competitively in Norway is a high degree of automation. Therefore, we are investing considerable focus, time and effort into a fully robotic assembly line.
