Marketing Officer

JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Officer for Food Service is responsible for executing marketing initiatives aligned with the directions and plans of the Marketing Manager, Sales and Operations Manager. The role focuses on marketing existing Factory Outlets, supporting food service agents in selling to HORECA accounts, strengthening brand presence across offline and digital platforms, and developing an online ordering system to improve customer access and sales efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field;
• Marketing role, preferably in food service, FMCG, or retail;
• At least 3 years relevant experience;
• Digital marketing or e-commerce training is an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of marketing execution, retail/store marketing, and digital platforms;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Organized and proactive.
