Job Description

The trainee will support Lumera’s marketing, branding and e-commerce activities under the guidance of the Business Development Director.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist with product descriptions, social media captions, FAQs and customer education content.
  • Support website, marketplace and social media content updates.
  • Help prepare launch and post-launch marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across online platforms.
  • Conduct basic competitor and market research.
  • Review customer feedback and online engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, service providers and internal stakeholders where required.
  • Prepare simple marketing summaries and improvement suggestions.
