Senior Brand Manager / Account Manager

The Senior Brand Manager / Account Manager will lead TikTok livestream e-commerce strategy and operations, driving growth through strong execution and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall TikTok livestream e-commerce strategy, annual planning, and growth roadmap.
  • Oversee livestream strategies, script frameworks, speaking guidelines, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage and develop the operations team, including recruitment, training, KPI setting, performance management, and capability building.
  • Build and optimize livestream SOPs; ensure end-to-end quality across execution, content, flow, and host performance.
  • Own core business targets (GMV, conversion rate, ROI, traffic growth, etc.) and continuously optimize operational models.
  • Lead weekly and monthly business reviews; identify key insights and drive strategic improvements.
