About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and QA multi-step customer journeys using Braze Canvas with conditional logic and A B testing
Implement dynamic personalization using Liquid logic including conditional branching and templating
Manage and utilize Braze Catalogs for product feeds and dynamic content injection
Configure and troubleshoot campaign triggers such as custom events, attributes, and purchase data
Ensure campaigns scale effectively by considering rate limits, throttling, and performance constraints
Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely event and attribute availability via m Particle
Required Skills and Experience
6+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas and campaign execution
Deep knowledge of Liquid logic for personalization and dynamic content
Strong experience with m Particle including event taxonomy design, user identity resolution, and data quality validation
