About the Role
Primary Function :
To provide general sales support services in meeting all deadlines and undertaking all administrative work of the department with professionalism. Main duties and responsibilities: To handle inquiries and ensure quotations are furnished to customers on time. Processing of orders within the dateline and consolidate customer's requirements ensuring on time delivery. Liaise with customers for delivery timings and locations. Filing of invoices and other related documents. Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time. Requirements: Minimum: GCE O Level Basic Microsoft application especially Excel & Word Requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers as part of the job. Friendly & courteous disposition with a team player spirit. Ability and patience to handle high pressure environment. Knowledge of Singapore Customs permits will be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be provided. Once or twice a...
