Market Access Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Market Access to help shape and execute European market access strategies for innovative therapies across key markets.

This is a high-impact regional role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and brings strong expertise in pricing, reimbursement, HTA, payer strategy, and launch readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead EU market access strategy for assigned products
• Support affiliate teams with localized access strategies and tools
• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, HEOR, and Global Market Access teams
• Manage external vendors and key market access deliverables
• Contribute to value dossiers, budget impact models, and evidence generation plans
• Monitor payer landscape, competitive dynamics, and policy developments
• Support EU-level policy and advocacy initiatives
