Marine Superintendent (Wet Tanker)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Marine Manager as needed.
• Assist vessel Masters and crews in operating their ships according to established standards and in compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Maintain thorough familiarity with the organization’s management system.
• Effectively implement the management system across allocated vessels.
• Contribute to the development of new procedures or revisions to existing ones.
• Promote and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure that management system policies, standards, and procedures are consistently applied on assigned vessels.
• Verify that vessels meet customer expectations and are prepared for third‑party inspections at all times.
• Attend vessel calls and assist during inspections when appropriate.
