About the Role
A well-established international shipping organization is seeking an experienced senior marine professional to join its shore-based team in Singapore.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Master Mariner with strong dry bulk experience to transition into a strategic office-based role overseeing vessel operations across a managed fleet.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee marine operations for a fleet of dry bulk vessels in collaboration with cross-functional shore departments Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and management system standards Support operational excellence across vessel performance, inspections, and regulatory requirements Conduct occasional vessel attendances during port stays or short sea passages as required
Ideal Profile: Master Mariner holding a valid Class 1 / Master's Certificate of Competency Sailing experience in command as Master on ocean-going dry bulk vessels At least 5 years of shore-based experience in marine operations / f...
