About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on new enquiries, renewals and day‑to‑day maintenance of assigned accounts in the Marine team.
- Handle all aspects of Account Management, including preparation of slips, endorsements and renewal statistics.
- Set up new policies and ensure they comply with underwriting requirements.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and problems, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge by staying up‑to‑date on relevant regulations and market trends.
- Bachelors / Masters Degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working as a broker technician or as an Account Handler within the Marine Hull or Cargo space and have a passion for Marine Insurance.
