About the role

We are looking for a Marine 2nd Engineer tojoin the team on board our longliner FV Janas. You will take direction from the Chief Engineer and beresponsible for carrying out watchkeeping duties, maintenance of the ship'smachinery, equipment and structure.

As a Marine 2nd Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining high standards of Health and Safety practices and compliance
• Carrying out engine room watchkeeping duties, ensuring safe and efficient operations
• Operating, monitoring, and maintenance of comprehensive marine engineering systems
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and demonstrating a proactive approach to all duties
