The Mapping Coordinator II will support the Maps and Records team, overseeing mapping personnel involved in the collection and input of mapping data into Rhode Island Energy GIS Enterprise systems. This role ensures safety and compliance goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead GIS Specialist and/or Supervisor with training, monitoring, and developing personnel, along with other assigned duties in the Maps and Records department.
• Review, approve, and post maps and records projects.
• Update and maintain backlog databases daily in Rhode Island Energy GIS applications to ensure timely delivery of information and safe operation of public gas facilities.
