The Manufacturing Technician supports company activities related to manufacturing, product testing, and delivery to users.

This includes assisting Assistive Technology Professionals in configuring user seating on a case-by-case basis, receiving and managing documentation, and tracking user contacts using the provided CRM tools.

The role also involves providing technical support to clinicians and users, while identifying recurring issues and offering recommendations for resolution.
