To manage and oversee production activities during a shift, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining quality standards.  
 Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) with a relevant qualification. 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing. 2+ years’ supervisory experience (manufacturing environment preferred). Ability to work shifts, public holidays, weekends. Proficient in English and Afrikaans. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Drivers license and own reliable vehicle. South African citizen. Clear Criminal record.
