Manufacturing Supervisor

This is not a desk-only factory management role and not an assembly-line plant role. We are a small, hands-on manufacturing business making specialized pizza ovens using mild steel, stainless steel, bricks, tiles, insulation, and finishing materials. The right person must understand real workshop work, be comfortable managing workers on the floor, and be willing to learn our specific oven-building process.
