Job Description
Lead a production team to achieve daily quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

+ Lead and develop a team of production operators to achieve daily production goals.
+ Plan and monitor manpower, production flow, and line capacity to maximize output.
+ Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA, and other teams to resolve production issues and support on-time delivery.
+ Prioritize urgent production lots to meet customer shipment commitments.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
