About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Factory Project Manager to lead and coordinate key operational functions within the factory, including Customer Service, Production Planning, ERP Coordination, and Artwork workstreams.

The Harlow site is a highly vertically integrated manufacturing facility encompassing a broad range of production capabilities, including metal fabrication, injection moulding, CNC machining, digital printing, and assembly operations, enabling the delivery of complex bespoke solutions tailored to customer requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate customer projects from order receipt through to shipment, ensuring all technical, logistical, and production requirements are accurately prepared and communicated.
