Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description

• Experience and familiarize with electronic consumer products manufacturing & assembly process(FATP)
• Manage the operations side for line layout, line bring up, fixture buy off and line qualifications for ramp
• Responsible for product yield and quality performance at contract manufacturers (CM) sites
• Early involvement from NPI stage (EVT, DVT, PVT) through mass production and provide design review (Tolerance Stack Up Analysis, TSA and Design For Assembly, DFA) to Engineering team
• Develop automation and/or assembly fixtures at customer Contract Manufacturers, fixture equipment vendors, and supply chain vendors, in collaboration with the customer cross-functional team
