You will spend time understanding current processes before leading practical improvements on the shop floor. Key Duties Analyse production processes and identify efficiency improvements. Support operations with day-to-day technical problem solving. Lead root cause analysis on downtime and quality issues. Work closely with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to implement fixes. Requirements Manufacturing experience (any regulated / fast-paced environment ideal). Lean / continuous improvement mindset (Six Sigma helpful).
