**Job Description Summary**
2nd Shift Position
As a Tube Reducer Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating pilgering machines and automatic saw tables, including deburring and serialization processes. You will ensure strict adherence to Manufacturing Engineering Instructions (MEI), Method Sheets (MS), and Operation Parameter Sheets (OPS). Key responsibilities include changing dies and mandrels, converting machinery for different operations, performing preventative maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting equipment and quality issues. This role requires proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and other gauges. Basic maintenance tasks will also be part of your duties to support overall equipment health and operational efficiency.
This position is for 2nd Shift. Typically working hours are 3PM-11PM. Work week is Monday-Friday. Overtime may be necessary at times to support business need. While working the off-shift, you will...
