Manufacturing Operative Signs - SBMC

Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company supports veterans and people with disabilities through meaningful employment and skills development. We’re now looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our growing Signs division on a 22 month fixed term contract.

About the Role

You’ll help produce high‑quality signage and support a range of workshop tasks. No experience is needed — full training is provided both on the shop floor and in our training room. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work within a diverse, supportive team guided by our mission and RBVE values.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sign production including preparation, assembly, and quality checks

• Support wider manufacturing tasks

• Follow structured training and contribute to continuous improvement
