About the role
The Manufacturing Manager role is a Full-Time position, based at Thomastown, Victoria. Reporting to the Victorian Operations Manager, you will provide people and process leadership to the Production teams.
In this role you will:
* Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
* Lead a team of Production Supervisors and Operators.
* Drive engagement on safety, environment, performance, quality, supply, service, delivery of finished goods and cost.
* Lead, participate and collaborate with the WCM team to implement World Class Manufacturing on site and into our day-to-day activities.
